Good morning at the Hirschsalon!

From Wednesday to Sunday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., you can enjoy an extensive breakfast with us. On our menu, you’ll find internationally inspired brunch and breakfast classics, as well as newly interpreted dishes and our own creations.

Whether savory or sweet, warm or cold – a wide variety of flavors awaits you. Of course, we also offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. And naturally, a particularly smooth Eggs Benedict.

Coffee is a matter of honor for us. We source a custom blend created especially for us from a family-run roastery in Italy. Choose your favorite coffee from a wide selection of specialty coffees – happily available with oat milk as well. And if you like, treat yourself to something special to start the day: a glass of champagne for two, or perhaps for the whole group?

Something to satisfy your hunger

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., in addition to our breakfast dishes, we offer a small but exquisite selection of lunch options. We cook seasonally and freshly every day. You can find the menu updated weekly on our boards and table displays, and of course on our social media channels.

In the early evening, the Hirschsalon is the perfect meeting place for an aperitif with friends or business partners. In summer, you can relax in front of the large windows and watch the lively activity on the street — or let your gaze wander into the nearby Dresden Heath.

In the evening, everything revolves around modern German cuisine, reinterpreting classics and offering delightful surprises — sometimes through a hint of unexpected flavors, sometimes through an entirely new perspective. Our focus is on creating memorable taste experiences.

Whenever possible, our ingredients come from regional producers whose work and passion we truly value. Ensuring that vegetarians and vegans are well catered to is a matter of course for us.

To accompany your meal, we offer a fine selection of our favorite wines, seasonal discoveries from local winemakers, and refreshing highlights.

Everything is freshly prepared in-house and delivered to your event right on time thanks to our reliable logistics.

Celebrate and meet at the Hirschsalon

It goes without saying that you can celebrate at the Hirschsalon — in the morning, at midday, and in the evening. But we also gladly welcome you and your colleagues for workshops.

Have you heard about our sharing-table concept? While you welcome your guests and raise a glass, a fine selection of dishes for everyone is already waiting on the table. Ordering à la carte becomes wonderfully relaxed.
