The Böhme siblings are passionate restaurateurs.

Sebastian opened his first restaurant at the young age of 27. Today, Stresa in Striesen is a well-established institution in Dresden’s culinary scene.

Josefine was involved behind the scenes from the very beginning and has been fully part of the family business since 2023. In addition to the Hirschsalon, she is also the managing director responsible for the Lößnitztalschänke in Radebeul.

As much as the two fought during their childhood, today they share the same vision of hospitality. As a true dream team, they look forward to writing another chapter of their family and business history with the Hirschsalon.

Of course, they don’t do this alone. A salon, in particular, is not run from the top down. What defines it are the people who come together here. Like-minded people find each other — whether as guests or as employees.
